Explore On helps young girls and their mothers to discover and build that Mother child relationship through the growing years of Pre-Teens, Teens and being a young lady entering the workforce. We do this through the various activities , programmes and also education.

 

SEED also helps women to embrace the empty nest and autumn years gracefully, healthly and cheerfully.
